Dirk Wirth has 30 years of experience in a German energy company and thus has a wealth of experience in innovation management in the energy industry.<\/p>\n

Not only has he been able to experience and help shape a wide variety of mergers driven by changes in the market and necessary new business models, but he has also been responsible for idea and innovation management for 20 of these 30 years.

Dirk Wirth was the first to describe the role, task and mindset of an “innovator”. For Dirk Wirth, innovatorism is the combination of innovation and rhetoric – in other words, the art of innovation. The focus is on getting people to take innovative action.<\/p>\n

As Chief Innovator at Fritz-Effekt Unternehmerberatung GmbH in Dortmund, he is responsible for the various methods used to measure the innovation performance of people, teams and organizations, as well as the topics related to radical innovation.<\/p>\n

He has also been a co-founder twice, founding companies with new approaches that are still successful in the market.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Some years ago, Dirk Wirth together with Benno van Aerssen led a 6-month project within an energy company to develop a completely new product line. During the project some new methods and tools were developed, which are still used today by the verrocchio institute. The result of the project was so good that it was even presented to the top management of the company.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, the idea was born to write a joint book, which was finally realized in the “The Innovator\u00b4s Dictionary”.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Another joint project is the Innovation Performance Radar in the Fritz Effect variant. For this, existing knowledge from both sides was combined in a further developed tool. The new variant is based on the Innovation Performance Radar<\/a>of the verrocchio Institute and has been enriched by the expertise and perspective of Dirk Wirth.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
