Our team
Benno van Aerssen is a board member of verrocchio AG.
He is a visionary, innovator, trainer and author with extraordinary creativity, ideas, passion and empathy. As the 7th German generation of an old Italian church painter dynasty, inspiration, creativity and inventiveness are in his blood.
His expertise is in developing creative intelligence, change-ready people and businesses for a life of boundless imagination, resourcefulness and passion. Which is why he pushes the topics of creativity, inspiration and idea generation at the Institute.
Alongside Benno van Aerssen, Christian Buchholz is a board member of verrocchio Institute AG.
He is a pioneer, speaker, trainer and author with unique vision, curiosity and a flair for good stories. As an expert on the topics of “Leadership and Innovation”, he makes sure that people get excited about change and that curiosity and energy are awakened.
In addition to these topics of expertise, Christian perceives changes in the innovation field at an early stage in order to identify new topics that will influence innovation work in the future and to develop suitable methods and tools for them with the team.
Malvine Klecha is an Innovation Consultant and Product Developer.
She is an enforcer and doer with a clear vision, deep expertise and clear structures in her work. As a master’s student in the “Innovation in SMEs” program and the “Sustainable Management and Technology” continuing education program, she is the first choice for projects and workshops for SMEs as well as trainings with a focus on sustainability.
