How it works

You simply contact us and we arrange a first meeting (online if you like) to get to know each other and to explore your challenge.

This first conversation is always free of charge according to the coaching code and already runs like a normal coaching / consulting conversation. This will give you a comprehensive impression of the work with Benno and Christian and you can decide for yourself if and how you want to continue working together.

In the first meeting you also determine the time and financial framework of the further support. We create a completely individual offer. Basically, we always work step-by-step and do not make any contracts about any insane coaching formats. You always decide for yourself whether there will be a next appointment.
